Things got a little out of control today. I'm a little embarrassed, which is good- hopefully it will motivate me to be more careful in the coming days!

Breakfast: skipped it. This was the first mistake- it left me ravenous for the rest of the day.
Lunch: half a pizza with vegetarian pepperoni (at least it was a whole-wheat crust)
Snack: low-fat fruit bar from starbucks
Dinner: uhhh. The other half of the pizza.
Late night snack: corn chips with sour cream and bean dip.

Ouch. I had a stressful night and took it out on my food. I ate for the sake of it, not because I was hungry. Oh well, tomorrow's another day!

Such is the story of many of my days! I skip breakfast, get crazy hungry, stressed- eat 4 times the amount I need for lunch, eat a normal dinner- then have a really tasty snack- to help me relax from the stress of the day!!

I'm doing pretty well with eating lately though. 3 meals always. Packing my lunch. Pretty good all in all.

Good to hear I'm not alone! :) OTC, what do you pack for lunch? I need to get good ideas because I can't eat pre-made sandwiches.
